PyroWrap® Slit firefabric
Description
- Heavy Duty Silicone coated fiberglass tape is slit from PyroWrap® firefabric, which is an extreme duty fabric to protect hoses, cables and equipment from extreme industrial environments.
- The heaviest heat protection fabric available and especially suited to heavy duty molten splash and slag applications.
- Weights up to 3800gsm
500¡ãF / 260¡ãC continuous rating with weld splatter / molten metal splash protection.
2200¡ãF / 1205¡ãC for periods up to 15 minutes and short excursions to 3000¡ãF / 1650¡ãC.

Stainless Steel Cable Tie & Stainless Steel Self Locking Clamp:
Band clamps, wire ties or other fasteners can be used to secure the tape if necessary along the wrapped length or at the end of the wrap. An alternative to using this tape is to use sleeve with Velcro closure.
