Silicone compressed glass cloth
This fabric is made by compress silicone on glass fabric one side or two sides to get very durable silicone glass cloth, it's used in expansion joint and high temperature gasket mainly, typical thickness 1.1mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm.
We have four main series:
Series 1:
Silicone compressed filament glass cloth in one side
Property: high temperature resistance, resist to weather and abrasion.
Application: Widely used in aviation, chemical industry, large scale generating set, machinery, metallurgy, non-metallic expansion joint, duct muffler and other related usages.
Weave: plain, twill, satin
Thickness: typically in 1mm, 1.1mm, other thickness are available
Width: 1000 - 1250mm
Length: 50m
Color: iron oxide red, black, white
Series 2:
Silicone compressed texturized glass cloth in one side
Property: high temperature resistance, good thermal insulation and resist to weather aging and abrasion resistant.
Application: Widely used in aerospace, chemical industry, large scale power generating set, machinery, metallurgy, non-metallic expansion joint, duct muffler and other related usages.
Weave: plain
Thickness: typically in 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, other thickness are available
Width: 1000 - 1250mm

Color: iron oxide red, black, white
Series 3:
Silicone compressed filament glass cloth with wire insert in one side
Property: the wire increase the tensile strength and durable in tuff working condition, very high temperature resistance, good thermal insulation and resist to weather aging and abrasion resistant.
Application: Widely used in aerospace, chemical industry, large scale power generating set, machinery, metallurgy, non-metallic expansion joint, duct muffler and other related usages.

Series 4:
Silicone compressed glass cloth in two sides
Property: extra heavy silicone rubber makes very smooth two surfaces, high temperature resistance, good thermal insulation and resist to weather aging and abrasion resistant.
Application: Widely used in aerospace, chemical industry, large scale power generating set, machinery, metallurgy, non-metallic expansion joint, duct muffler and other related usages.
