Light duty silicone rubber coated glass fabric



500°F / 260°C continuous rating with weld splatter / molten metal splash protection.

2200°F / 1205°C for periods up to 15 minutes and short excursions to 3000°F / 1650°C.

Heavy Duty is an extreme duty fabric often fabricated into sleeves, slit to tapes or other forms to protect hoses, cables and equipment from extreme industrial environments. The heaviest heat protection fabric available and especially suited to heavy duty molten splash and slag applications.


Medium Duty including one side coating on texturized fabric WFF215R1 which is an excellent weld splatter protection and light molten metal splash; also including both sides coating on filament fabric WFF108R which is great flexibility. Good weld splatter protection and used as the cold side covering on insulation blanket systems for engine and generator exhausts.


Light Duty including one side and both sides coating fabrics are used as high temperature curtains and shields, weld splatter and heat resistant sleeves and jackets, weather or spray-down / wash-down resistant high temperature fabric for making protective covers, sleeves, jackets.


All of these fabricsprovide excellent cold temperature performance with flexibility to -76°C for refrigeration and cryogenic applications. Flame Resistance: All fabrics provide 1 second maximum Flame Out and Afterglow.
