Aluminium foil coated ceramic tape
Description
Constructed from a high temperature base ceramic fiber tape which is then coated with highly reflective polished aluminum foil. The aluminum foil coating melts at 1220∼F / 660∼C, however it does take some time for the aluminum foil to absorb enough heat to melt 每 thereby it can withstand short exposure to the higher temperatures. The basic ceramic fiber tape is 2300∼F/1260∼C, while adhesive will burn-off or vaporize at temperatures above 300∼F/148∼C
