Description

  • Produced from an extremely pure alumina-silicate ceramic fiber by swinging technology
  • An alternative to asbestos
  • It features high temperature, chemical corrosion resistance, thermal shock stability and low thermal conductivity
  • It has low density, high strength, good resiliency and excellent sound absorbing and filtering property
  • Used at 2300¡ãF / 1260¡ãC continuously, molts above 3000¡ãF / 1650¡æ


Application

It is used in applications including high temperature insulation for industrial furnaces, steel ladles,  casting barrels and submerged nozzles, electric and thermal insulation for electric furnaces,  sealing for furnace doors and expansion joints, lining for aluminum casting molds, high temperature gaskets, thermal and electric insulation for heaters, acoustic and thermal insulation,  heat insulation for exhaust tubes and pipes, etc.
