BioCeram® Bio Soluble Ceramic fiber tape with PSA
Description
- PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) to facilitate easy installation
- Produced from an extremely pure BioCeram® bio soluble alumina-silicate ceramic fiber
- Available in plain and Drop Warp style (ladder tape or bolt hole tape)
- An alternative to asbestos based textiles
- Provides low thermal conductivity and good dielectric strength and features excellent corrosion resistance
- Used at 2300¡ãF / 1260¡ãC continuously, molts above 3000¡ãF / 1650¡æ
Common applications for this tape include thermal insulation and/or protection of wires, cables, hoses, pipe and tube, as well as affording energy savings and personnel protection.
