Multiple bags filter
Description
WALLEAN multiple bags filter is suitable for 60~5000M3/H conditions, a small number of filter bag is equipped with rotating arms and hand wheel and standard bearings, it is convenient for opening and operation; for more than 12 bags filter, we can choose the cylinder or hydraulic assisted, only 1 person can finish the open and close process. The auxiliary device is including a pressure relief valve, a positioning pin which can ensure the safe operation.
Technical parameters
Steel manufacturing standards: GB150 "CS", ASME "U" seal.
Working pressure: 0.6 Mpa to 5.0 Mpa.
Design temperature: 0 ~ 80 ¡æ.
Applicable medium: water, chemicals, gas, etc, including flammable and explosive materials.
Pressure and temperature depends on the strength of filter materials and special condition, please consult with us.
Features:
Filter bag support: electrolytic polishing stainless steel porous support filter basket.
Unique way of three point filter bag is fixed, to ensure that the filter bag and filter shell has good sealing performance, hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder is optional.
High quality O ring seal, to guarantee the operation is convenient, and reliable.
Side in and bottom out design ensures that the liquid can be completely emissions, at the same time using the tangent exports to choose.
Standard mode for 2 ~ 24 bag (1# and 2# bags), largest bag number is 40 bags.
Material
Shell material: # 20, 304, 316 l, 2205, 316.
Sealing gasket: silicone, nitrile butadiene rubber, four fluorine rubber.
Filter bag material: polyester, polypropylene, nylon, PTFE, glass fiber
