Airslide Hose
Our airslide hose are usually used for bulk cement trailer discharging. It is always working on the bottom of the trailer. Through inflation by air compressor, it makes the bulk cement discharging from the trailer. Some people called Aeration hose. It is really very similar as Fire hose frame. But it's much more strength and impact toughness than fire hose. One side of our hose is the PU coating. It is for block off the air flow.

One side air permeable,other side PU-coated.Good abrasion resistance and long service life all synthetic,lightweight and flexible,easy to coil ageing and ozone resistant - weather resistant minimum maintenance. cold resistant to -30 degree heat resistant up to +160 degree.

Material warp:100% polyester high tenacity fiber weft:100% polyester high tenacity filament Our products one side PU coated,standard color yellow PU-coating increases the abrasion resistance and supports at the same time the air permeability of the uncoated side.
Dimension:
Standard diameter 76 mm other diameter on request. Standard lengths are 30m, 50m, 100m. Max length up to 500m and also available in any other length. External Coating: One side PU coated, standard colour yellow PU-coating increases the abrasion resistance and supports at the same time the air permeability of the uncoated side. Cold resistance to ¨C 30 C degree, heat resistance up to +160 C degree.
