Stainless steel fiber bundle
Description
Metaltex stainless steel fiber is made from SS316L with the filament diameter in 1 um~40u m. It has a stainless steel metal color, the surface is bright. Because the stainless steel filament diameter micrometer, the new generation characteristics of metal in keeping original performance, while maintaining the stainless steel which has electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and other properties, but also has flexibility and high specific surface properties similar to chemical fiber, the substrate is producing all kinds of stainless steel fiber products. Can be widely used in textile, filtration, metallurgy and paper covering industrial, civil and military fields.
Application
Metaltex stainless steel fiber can be used for the production of the following products:

1) filament diameter can be made on customer's requirements among 2~100um.
2) the quantity of fiber number per bundle and single fiber breaking strength can be made upon customer's requirements.
3) the resistance of fiber can be changed by the state of the stainless steel fiber in room temperature.
