Description
Also known as: gas-liquid filter net, froth killer net, filter net, braided net, it is actually the knitting method of wire mesh.
Kintted by round wire diameter 0.08~0.50mm or pressed into the flat wire, wire diameter less than 0.30mm can be plies knitted, or composed with other fibers in plies knitted.
Wire mesh materials:
Metal wire: all kinds of stainless steel wire, galvanized wire, copper wire, nickel titanium wire wire
Non metal wire: polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, F46 wire, glass fiber
Composed by metal wire and non metal wire

Parameters
1, Filament diamter range: 0.10mm-0.55mm (commonly used filament diamter is: 0.20mm-0.25mm) in addition, there are many strands of filament twisted together.
2, The opening size: from (2 * 3mm) to (4 * 5mm) to (12 * 6mm) in addition to the customer requirements for the opening size of fine tuning. The hole form is a large hole and a small hole arrangement (cross hole size in the length direction is the same, not the same width)
3, The surface condition of gas-liquid filter: flat type mesh and pressed into corrugated corrugated surface (with different specifications of corrugated width and depth)
