PTFE Dispersion Liquid
Description
PTFE dispersion is a polymer of tetrafluoroethylene and with non-ion surface active stable aqueous dispersions. The appearance is white or yellow liquid with the good flowing property. It products have excellent thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness, good electrical insulation, excellent low coefficient of friction and atmospheric aging resistance. It can be used at temperature up to 260¡æ continuously, while the new type PTFE dispersion is under 220¡æ.It can be used in many areas such us spinning, coating and impregnation of glass fiber.

Packing specifications
PTFE dispersion is packed in 25kg plastic drum, or 1250kg flow bin; Shaking the drum every week after three months to avoid any possible precipitation. It is necessary to keep the PTFE dispersion out from cold weather and high temperature when storage and transportation(5¡æ~30¡æ).The temperature in the processing should be controlled under 400¡æ or it will decompose more toxic gas.
