Description
Wallean welding blanket fabrics are woven from textured and untextured fiberglass yarns. Some fabrics contain specialized coatings to resist high temperature and abrasion. We have plain fiberglass cloth, silicone coated fiberglass cloth, vermiculite coated fiberglass cloth, neoprene coated fiberglass cloth, dyed fiberglass cloth, aluminized fiberglass cloth, high silica cloth, etc.

Different level
Light Duty
- Light sparks and minimal spatter,general purpose welding
- Use as vertical shield, more layers if light sparks horizontal application
Medium Duty
- Protection from heavier welding sparks, spatter and minimal slag
- Use as a vertical shield and horizontal application, more layers for safety and protection
Heavy Duty
- Heavy duty welding sparks, spatter, and slag
Extreme Heavy Duty
- Molten metal
Application
Stress Relief application: only uncoated material recommended
Heat Reflection application: only aluminized material recommended
Water and Oil application: silicone coated fiberglass cloth and aluminized fiberglass cloth
