Portable ventilator
Description
The portable ventilator is of strong air pressure, high rotational speed and air volume, strong suction, reasonable structure and superior performance. It can be moved easily. The shell of the ventilator is made of hot-dipped galvanized sheet which has spray painted automobile coating on its surface. The impeller is made of aluminum casting alloy. It is with dusting(zinc coating) fan guard, switch and integrated plastic handle. The motor is wrap around with international standard copper wire. With radiating rib aluminum casting integrated motor shell.
Equipping with flexible duct, it has been used to exhaust and supply flesh air in remote or deep operating zone, confined space construction and other bad air environment. It is extremely good for the exhausting of welding waste gas, smoke, dust, the smell of paint during shipbuilding and maintenance. As well as the ventilation of the field of machinery, chemical industry, plant warehouse, underground sinking and driving engineering. It is the labor protection equipment aiming at improving working condition.
Diameter: 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 600mm, etc. From diameter 200mm to 350mm, the ventilator is of light weight with handle, and also have a integrated switch; From 350mm to 600mm and above, it can be equipped with a stand in order to adjust the blowing angle. There are handles on both side of the 400mm to 600mm ventilators, which can make it easy to carry. Stand is also available so as to move on the ground easily.

36V safe voltage portable ventilator
Description
The 36V safe voltage portable ventilator has been widely used to supply and exhaust air during welding, maintenance, descaling and corrosion control in steel vessel building, railway carriage, container, tank truck, boiler and oil depot. As the workers are working in the all-metal stage(container), it is so dangerous to use ventilators of 220V and 380V. Workers can¡¯t escape if there is a leakage of electricity.
With its strong wind rate, safety, low noise, light weight, it is very convenient for working and carrying. People can be safe although there is a leakage of electricity.
For customer¡¯s choice, we have 250mm and 300mm, single phase and three phrase. Choice the right ventilator with the right phase, don¡¯t use it improperly. This is ¢óclass machine, with metal framework. It is only for 36V safe voltage. So as to avoid dangerous and loss , please confirm that the ventilator is coincide with the right voltage before installing.
