Texgel Aerogel Insulation Blankets

Texgel Aerogel Insulation Blankets
Texgel Aerogel Insulation Blankets are super low thermal conductivity revolutional materials specified as different series, composed by aerogel powder with glass fiber mat, ceramic fiber blanket, silica fiber mat, carbon fiber felt, para aramid fiber mat, polyesther mat, etc. through extraction technology of CO2 or alcohol. Widely used in Refining & Petrochem, Power Generation, City Heating System, Building Energy Saving, Electronics Insulation, Electrical Vehicle, Industrial Equipment, Shipbuilding , Nuclear Equipment , Furnace Insulation, Automobile Insulation, New Energy Battery, High Speed Trains, Aerospace, LNG.

Silica Aerogel Powder
TEXGEL silica Aerogel powder is inorganic material with a networked, three-dimensional nanopore structure. Its porosity reaches 80-99%, with pore sizes that are concentrated between 10-50nm, it has low thermal convection,  thermal conductivity as low as 0.013W/(m.K) at room temperature, grade A non-combustible, the hydrophobicity is over 99%. It can be compounded with various fibers to produce aerogel insulation blankets, aerogel insulation coatings, aerogel insulation glass.

TEXGEL Aerogel particles are available in bigger sizes.
