We have 10 needle mats machines, 3 sets for regular E glass needle mats production with daily output 30tons, 7 sets for our Vacumn Insulation Pannel core blankets production with daily output 70tons. Aerogel insulation blankets stock level is 500rolls each size for the popular thickness 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 10mm, and also, we produce the stock of ceramic fiber base aerogel insulation blanket for temperature upto 1000degree C, silica fiber base aerogel insulation blanket for temperature upt to 1000degree C, and S grade aerogel insulation blanket for thermal conductivity low than 0.017 (25deg C), low density aerogel insulation blanket in 130kg/m3. |
